This policy explains what VOSS REPORT collects on voss-report.com, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: we collect your email address only if you give it to us, we use it only to send you the dispatches, and you can leave at any time.

What we collect
- Your email address, when you sign up for the dispatches.
- A record of your consent: the date and time you signed up, the wording you agreed to, and which version of the site you signed up on.
- Campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and similar) if the link you followed to this site carried them. They tell us which channel brought you here, not who you are.
We do not ask for your name, we do not use cookies, and we do not run advertising or tracking scripts on this site.
Why we use it and on what basis
We use your email address only to send you VOSS REPORT dispatches and messages directly about them. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect anything sent before you withdrew.
Who processes it for us

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until VOSS REPORT stops publishing, whichever comes first. After you unsubscribe we keep only what we need to prove your earlier consent and to make sure we do not email you again.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Every dispatch has an unsubscribe link, or write to [privacy contact email]. Changes
